There’s something so fun about receiving a Paper Pumpkin Kit in the mail each month! I was especially looking forward to this Paper Pumpkin Kit for February 2026, Celebrate Spring. It looked like it was going to be a cute one with pretty pastel colors for spring, right up my alley! And it was! These are the cards I made with the kit. Easy for anyone to do, whether you are an experienced stamper/cardmaker/papercrafter or not! There was just a little bit of stamping to do with the included ink spot, Shy Shamrock. I only had to stamp the greetings and some Easter eggs! The rest was just punching out the diecuts, adhering to the card, and added some sparkly embellishments and twine. Envelopes with a pretty pattern on the flap are included!
Here are what the kit contents look like! It’s always fun to open the Paper Pumpkin box and see the content package all wrapped up in colored tissue paper! You can save the tissue for your own giftwrapping. This is why I say Paper Pumpkin is a gift you give yourself! Or also fun to send to someone else, too!
In each kit, you get the card bases, the other pieces, an exclusive stamp set, adhesives, an ink spot, and even pretty envelopes.
Doesn’t it look like so much fun to open a box like this and find all these nifty things inside to make cards or some other craft?
Although you have missed the subscription period for THIS February Paper Pumpkin Kit, if you subscribe so that you get the March Kit in your mailbox, you can go to the Online Store and purchase the “Celebrate Spring Paper Pumpkin Refill” (168627) which has everything in it except for the stamp set and ink spot. You get all the other contents. You can use whatever greetings you already have in your stash or simply write something on the greeting pieces if you don’t have the right stamps, and you will still be able to make this set of 9 cards (3 each of 3 designs) almost exactly like the full kit! The link I gave you may not work because you have to be a subscriber first.
Check out the March Paper Pumpkin Kit, Fluttering Garden, and subscribe today or at least by March 10! Then you will also have access to any past Paper Pumpkin Kits or Refills that are available. Best part though is you will be finding your new Paper Pumpkin Kit in your mailbox each month! No risk, no obligation to continue any length of time. Skip a month or cancel just by going back into your account by the 10th of any month to make your choice.
Last night was the moment to spend some relaxing time making my January 2026 Paper Pumpkin Kit, Special Delivery. Paper Pumpkin is the monthly treat you get in your mailbox when you subscribe! Usually, the kit is for making cards, but sometimes it is something different. This kit even had a specially designed box that is worth saving. The pretty boxes are nice for storage, and we all have plenty of supplies that need storing! While this kit came with Valentine stamps (mostly), the cards are just pretty ones that you could send any time.
I always love opening up the box with everything wrapped in tissue paper and all the supplies sealed up. Then you get to open that package and see what goodies you got to make the project. Adhesive is even included! Usually it is dimensionals and sticky strip tape. Sometimes you get sparkly gems to use as embellishments. Each kit comes with an exclusive stamp set and ink spot. I tend to save my ink spots and use my regular ink pads. There is even a video you can watch to see the whole process from unboxing to assembling the cards or project, if you want a little extra help besides the printed instructions.
Paper Pumpkin is a kit that comes to you in the mail and there is no risk or obligation. Just go into your account after you subscribe and you can skip a month or cancel your subscription any time by the 10th of any month before the next kit gets billed and sent out. It’s good for beginning crafters or those who just like to get a project already planned out and all the supplies in one box!

Many, many years ago I went to a Stampin’ Up! convention in Salt Lake City and we got to take a side trip to Riverton, UT to see the Stampin’ Up! home office. It was great to tour the home office and see the shipping area. In the first part of the tour, there were different displays, the history of Stampin’ Up!, decorative things, I don’t remember what all. But one idea I saw was this lamp with a clear base filled with stamps! Back then we probably only had the wood-mount stamps. Just like many creative ideas I see, I HAD to have a lamp like that filled with stamps.
Eventually I found this lamp, probably on Amazon, maybe it was even before Amazon! Anyway, I bought the lamp and then, like many things, for all these years, any minute now I was going to put the stamps in it. FINALLY FINALLY the other day as I was sorting through my very old wood-mount stamps, I selected some stamps that I thought would look good inside this lamp. I thought I would just toss them inside the lamp. But it was the bottom of the lamp that was removable AND there is a rod through the middle holding the cord going to the light bulb. So there wasn’t a big open space inside the lamp base and I had to reconsider which stamps would really fit inside. It was NOT an easy job trying to fit the wood blocks inside in a curved container, keeping the center rod straight, and trying to keep the wood blocks where I was putting them! But I did get the lamp filled and arranged pretty well! I only have one boo-boo. Do you see where it is? I had to save the rest of the stamps in their cases and remember that those are the sets where the missing stamps are in the lamp.
So after all these years, here are photos of my stamp lamp with these stamps artfully (?) arranged inside as best I could! I do like it and it’s perfect in the room with all my craft stuff and retired stamp sets, paper, etc.
And yes, you can buy a lamp like this one on Amazon! Just search for something like “clear glass base table lamp fillable”. I’ve seen people fill lamps like this with seashells, so you can certainly fill one with stamps!! Maybe I should buy another one and fill it with markers for a very colorful lamp!! Or all my leftover ribbon or embellishments! So many possibilities! LOL!

ALSO: This is the LAST DAY for the Black Friday Sale. Stampin’ Blends markers are still available if you need to get some or you need to replace some of your older ones! And you might be able to get Stampin’ Dimensionals, too!
The Stampin’ Up! Black Friday Sale is still going, through tomorrow, Monday December 1st. The deadline for ordering is December 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (MT). While the sale was disappointing to many of us that some products were sold out right away the first day (or during the night!), if you are interested in Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers, there are many colors that are on a great sale and still available!
The Stampin’ Blends Markers are wonderful for coloring, but they don’t last forever. While this sale is going on, I would recommend getting a scrap piece of white cardstock (not just computer paper) and testing each end of the markers you have with just a little scribble to see if any are dried out, particularly the brush end which is what I use the most. Sometimes they just get mushy and are difficult to color with. I periodically go through mine and order new ones if I have markers that are not easily usable. So if you need new markers, right now is a good time to buy some on sale.
The Blends combo is normally $11.00 and is now on sale for $6.60. So if you want markers or more colors or have some that are past their prime, be sure to catch the sale before it ends tomorrow night, Dec. 1st!
As I write this, Stampin’ Dimensionals are the only other product still available on the sale and are about $1.00 off.
Remember, tomorrow Monday December 1st will be the beginning of the Cyber Monday Sale on Prepaid Paper Pumpkin subscriptions!
From December 1–9, prepaid Paper Pumpkin subscriptions will be discounted as follows:
I always say having a Paper Pumpkin monthly subscription from Stampin’ Up! is a gift you give yourself! When I get my kit, it already looks like a gift when I open up the box and see the supplies wrapped up in colored tissue paper! Then I open up the supply package like it’s Christmas and see what all is included! In the photo above , you can see what I discovered when I opened everything for the September 2025 Kit, Fall For Toile! You get the card bases, envelopes with decorated flaps, diecuts, stamp set, ink spot, ribbon, and adhesives! I don’t think I even needed a scissors!
This was a set of nine cards for fall, 3 each of 3 designs. All the kits are easy enough for anyone to make. You get pictorial directions plus you can watch a video, which I usually like to do regardless. The directions show you where to put the adhesive on each piece and what kind of adhesive, which, again, is included in the kit. I would say this kit was really easy to make. Just some easy stamping on the diecut pieces for two of the greetings and some acorns for another decorative piece, a little ribbon to add to three of the cards, and the rest was just adhering the diecuts to each card. These are beautiful cards to send to friends and loved ones for fall or even Thanksgiving.
The top left card was the most “difficult”. It was fun stamping leaves around the edges of the card. I always like doing that random stamping! Then I had to placed the two diecut leaf groupings together, plus the foil-accented dark leaves on the card, all popped up on Dimensionals. Then the stamped greeting and ribbon adhered to the back was adhered over the intersection of the leaves.
The top right card is the first one I made. The card base already has that pretty toile background on it (also on the backside of the card!). The greeting was already printed, I only stamped the cute pair of acorns. The tree and frame are a diecut popped up on dimensionals.
The bottom card was the very easiest. I stamped the little birds in the corner of the cornfield and adhered it to the card base with Dimensionals. The pumpkins and fox are all diecuts and popped up also. The greeting is stamped and popped up. Nothing could be easier to make!
You, too, could get in on the fun of Paper Pumpkin Kits by subscribing before October 10th. For October you will receive a Kit to make Christmas cards that have flocked pieces to decorate the cards. For November, your Kit will make small goodie boxes perfect for the holidays to present a gift card or small gift or treat. Personally, I like the holiday kits the best, but then I love holidays of all kinds!
When you become a subscriber, besides getting the kit in the mail every month, you also have the option to purchase any past kits that are available, refills (which do not include the stamp set or ink spot, but otherwise have all the same supplies), and some add-ons like small dies that you can use to enhance your cards and projects or use any time. If you like a past kit but only see a refill, you can probably make use of that even without the stamp set and ink spot that would come in the full kit. For example, this fall kit I am showing has already been mailed out to subscribers, but once you subscribe, perhaps the “refill” kit will still be available, as it is as I write this, and you can just use some of your own stamps and ink to make the cards. Then your first kit will come in the mail, Cozy Christmas, right after October 10th.
And you can always use your supplies any way you like! Lots of alternatives are always posted online as soon as people get their kits and start creating. For example, with this month’s kit, with the card bases printed on both the front and the back, you could cut the two sides apart and make twice as many cards by adhering the printed part of the kit card to your own cardstock base. You can change it up however you like. Sometimes I make some of the cards as designed and then make my own alternatives. It just depends on what you like to do. If you are a beginner, at first you will probably just want to follow the directions for the fun of crafting. As you get more experienced, you might like to make the projects a little bit different – maybe add your own greeting instead or add your own embellishments if you have some.
To join Paper Pumpkin, just click the link below. No risk, no obligation to continue for any length of time. Stampin’ Up! guarantees every kit, so if you have a problem, just let them know. You can even skip a month if necessary or if the hint of the upcoming project doesn’t appeal to you. It used to be a total surprise what would come in the kit, but now we get somewhat of a hint, which I am happy about. Subscriber or reactivate a previous account you had, by October 10th! The 10th of the month is the date to always remember if you want to make any changes to your account as that is the date the current subscription ends and on the 11th the new kit comes out. It’s easy to go into your account and skip a month, or heaven forbid, cancel! I hope you will try out Paper Pumpkin and enjoy some pre-planned crafting with all the supplies right there in your box! And wrapped up in tissue paper like a gift!!
