The “Past Kit” contains the full kit. This is the kit that comes with 16 “test tubes” (treat tubes) that you can fill with candy or something and decorate for Halloween or Christmas or any fun occasion! I know my Trick-or-Treaters loved getting them at my door! So even if you just order the Refill to get the tubes, it will be a great deal and you will have fun playing with them! While they last!!!
