Holiday Catalog, the Fancy Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper?  It is different than anything Stampin’ Up! has every had that I can remember!  You might think at first glance that it is embossed paper but it is not. The designs are dry embossed on the paper and they are beautiful! The photo above certainly does not do them justice.
