It always seems sad and amazing when a Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog retires. We can’t believe the year flew by and there are always retiring products that we think we can’t stamp without! This time there is a small change in that retiring products may still be available, at least for awhile or while supplies last, in the Last Chance category online.
