One of the things on the Stampin’ Up! Clearance Rack (right now!!) is this Enjoy the Little Things Project Kit. You get a nice quality easel to hold a different display each month. Nothing has dates or anything so it can be “perpetual”. I bought several on the Clearance Rack yesterday to make for gifts.
The kit includes everything you need except stamps (Enjoy the Little Things Stamp Set – retired) but I’m sure you can substitute with something you have.
