Want to incorporate scrapbooking and Stampin' Up! in a nice gift for a new mother?  Instead of an entire baby scrapbook, how about just one scrapbook page….and put it in a frame to hang on the wall!  It can be both art for the nursery as well as documentation of a new baby's early days.
